We manage a portfolio of commercial and residential rental property in the greater Wellington area.
We are members of the Capital Property Investors Association (Capital PIA), who are affiliated to the NZ Property Investors Federation (NZPIF). We abide by the NZPIF Code Of Ethics and through attendance at meetings and seminars, we update our knowledge and understanding of property and current trends.

We have a simple application process to apply for a residential property.
After viewing the property, please complete our Tenancy Application Form. You can request an application form by Contacting us.
When you have completed and signed the application form, please email it to us with your identification, either a copy of your passport or driver’s licence.
Once your application is processed and approved, we complete the Tenancy Agreement, Bond Lodgement Form and the Pre Tenancy Inspection Report. Once these documents are checked and signed and you have paid the bond and rental, we give you the keys and you can move in.
At the start of the Tenancy, we provide you a Tenancy Folder with our contact information, a Repairs Troubleshooting Checklist and a copy of the Pre-tenancy Inspection Report with accompanying photographs. This report records the condition of the property at the start of the tenancy and it is reviewed at the end of your tenancy, as part of the bond refund process.
For commercial tenants with a maintenance request, please Contact us with a description and preferably a photo of the issue.
Residentail tenants with a maintenance request, please consult the Troubleshooting Checklist in your Tenancy Folder first. This will help resolve simple problems like no electricity arising from tripped fuses, or the oven not working when the isolating switch on the wall has been accidentally turned off.
The cost of Calls where the fault is caused by the tenants actions, will be charged to the Tenant.
