We abide by the NZPIF Code Of Ethics and through attendance at meetings and seminars, we keep updated on the latest legislation and property trends.
Please Contact us for more information about our services.
We have a simple online application process to apply for a residential property.
All our properties are advertised on Trademe. After viewing the property, please click on the 'Apply for this Property' button on the Trademe listing. This will take you to our Pre Tenancy Application Form. When you have completed the application, attached your identification and sent it to us, we process the application including credit and reference checks.
If your application is approved, we complete the Tenancy Agreement, Bond Lodgement Form and the Pre Tenancy Inspection Report. Once these documents are checked and signed and you have paid the bond and rental, we give you the keys and you can move in.
Bonds are lodged with Tenancy Services Bond Office as required under the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 and Amendments.
At the start of the Tenancy, we provide you a Tenancy Folder with our contact information, a Repairs Troubleshooting Checklist and a copy of the Pre-tenancy Inspection Report with accompanying photographs. This report records the condition of the property at the start of the tenancy and it is reviewed at the end of your tenancy, as part of the bond refund process.
All repairs and maintenance requests must be made in writing, so please Contact us with a description and photos of the issue.
Residential tenants, please consult the Troubleshooting Checklist in your Tenancy Folder first, as this will help you resolve simple problems like electricity outages caused by tripped fuses, or your oven not working when the isolating switch on the wall has been accidentally turned off. The cost of Calls where the fault is caused by the tenants actions, will be charged to the Tenant.
We look forward to hearing from you.
